Our approach
The old methods, applied properly.
Modern cement mortars trap moisture inside soft historic masonry — and the building quietly suffers. We work the old way: breathable lime, raked-back joints, finishes matched to the period and parish.
Every project begins with a free survey. We sample, test and source materials to suit the wall in front of us — not a catalogue. The result is repointing that ages with the building, rather than against it.
We're SPAB-aligned, lime-trained and fully insured. We work directly with home owners, architects and conservation officers across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Avon and Gloucestershire.
